This product is outfitted with two hydraulic cylinders, each serving a crucial and distinct function. One cylinder is securely fastened beneath the excavator arm. It not only provides essential support but also acts as a lever, optimizing the mechanical advantage during operation.
The second cylinder is affixed to the base of the root remover. Hydraulic power propels this cylinder to smoothly extend and retract. This action is specifically designed to break through tree roots, effectively minimizing the resistance encountered during the process of splitting and extracting tree roots, thus streamlining the root – removal operation.
Given that this product utilizes the same hydraulic system as a hydraulic hammer, the cylinder positioned under the arm has a unique requirement. It must draw hydraulic oil from the arm cylinder. By doing so, it can synchronize its extension and retraction with that of the bucket cylinder. This synchronization is key to achieving high – efficiency and high – speed performance, enabling the equipment to carry out root – removal tasks with maximum productivity.
